I Konsuelo Band nascono verso la fine del 2007 a Milano. Spinti fin dall'inizio a non essere etichettati sotto nessun genere musicale specifico, iniziano a comporre brani strumentali; è proprio questo che rende da subito interessante questa band: il fatto di non avere una voce. Dopo poco più di un anno di avviamento e dopo aver fatto le prime registrazioni, nel 2009 incominciano una lunga serie di live in pub milanesi e nell'hinterland e, nel 2010, si autoproducono un EP ("Very Hairy EP") senza alcuna etichetta discografica alle spalle. Sempre nello stesso anno vincono un concorso che permette loro di esibirsi a Brighton, in Inghilterra e il gruppo riscuote un buon successo ed un ottimo grado di interesse anche oltre La Manica. Nel 2011 organizzano live all'interno di alcuni parchi italiani, tra cui il Parco Sempione a Milano, e in diverse località turistiche: la cosa viene molto gradita dal pubblico. Sempre nello stesso anno i Konsuelo Band partecipano al Ferrara Buskers Festival.
Nel 2012 iniziano una collaborazione con Deiv Radio che li porta a condurre un programma radiofonico interamente ideato da loro e si esibiscono al Taste In Jazz Festival di Bergamo.
Nel 2013 raddoppiano la presenza al Ferrara Buskers Festival.
Con l'ironia che li contraddistingue, i Konsuelo Band cercano di dimostrarvi quanto possa essere facile divertirsi con la musica...sia per chi la fa che per chi la ascolta.
Nel 2012 iniziano una collaborazione con Deiv Radio che li porta a condurre un programma radiofonico interamente ideato da loro e si esibiscono al Taste In Jazz Festival di Bergamo.

I Konsuelo Band sono Luciano Nemmo (Batteria), Gianfranco Di Tullio (Basso) e Davide Irto (Chitarra) e il nome del gruppo non ha praticamente nessun senso come d'altronde i titoli dei loro brani.

Konsuelo Band was formed in late 2007 in Milan. Driven from the outset not to be labeled under any specific genre, they begin to compose instrumental tracks; that's what makes this band interesting from the start: the fact of not having a voice. After just over a year of starting and after the first recordings in 2009 they begin a long series of gigs in different live pubs in Milan and in the North Italy and, in 2010, they record an EP ("Very Hairy EP") without any label behind. In the same year they win a contest that allows them to perform in Brighton, England, and the group enjoys a good success and a great degree of interest even beyond the English Channel. In 2011 they are selected at the Ferrara Buskers Festival 2011. In 2012 they start a collaboration with Deiv Radio, a radio station who give them the opportunity to create and present a radio show. With a lot of crazy, unusual songs and with the irony that distinguishes them, Konsuelo Band try to show you how easy it can be to have fun with the music ... for those who do it and for the listeners.
Konsuelo Band are: Luciano Nemmo (Drums), Gianfranco Di Tullio (Bass) and David Irto (Guitar) and the name of the group is meaningless as the titles of their songs.
